4runner Clunk Over Bumps

Steering rack serviced and rack ends and ball joints pressed. all have been fixed but the clunk is still there. The noise comes from the left side, its hard to hear where exactly, think its high in the engine bay and close to the cabin. My seals are no longer leaking.
